Johnson Hardware Products ordered from this site will ship from Elkhart, Indiana USA. Some accessories can be shipped from 3rd party vendors. Indiana and California residents are required to pay 7% and 7.25% state sales tax respectively. MOST UPS/FEDEX ORDERS ARE PREPARED FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS OF ORDER RECEIPT. MOST COMMON CARRIER ORDERS ARE PREPARED WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS OF ORDER RECEIPT. The shipment method (UPS Ground, 2nd day air etc...) applies to the transit time only, order preparation time must be added to the transit time to determine overall delivery time. Shipment tracking numbers are automatically transmitted to customers once we complete and ship your order. If you have not received a tracking number your order is still being processed. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you refuse to pay import or customs tax levied by the country to which your order was shipped, your order may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by said authorities. If this occurs, you will not be entitled to any refund from Fevco Door Products or L.E. Johnson Products Inc.
Orders placed on our site cannot be canceled online. To cancel orders, please call 1 (574) 293-5664 referencing your order number. Once you order from our site, we start working on it right away. For that reason, it's possible -- depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order -- that we've already shipped the product to you. In that case, you may need to return it to us.
Missing Items/Freight Damage
Please use common sense and INSPECT YOUR VALUABLE ORDER AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT. If you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, omitted an item or witness any type of freight damage, please e-mail us and let us know within 48 hours of order receipt and we'll make it right. We will not honor refund request for missing, incorrect items or freight damage after the 48 hour customer order/shipment inspection period.
All goods being returned for credit MUST have prior written authorization that specifies the exact items being returned, quantities involved and the condition of goods. Credit for returns will be applied to the credit card used for the original order. Goods are to be returned to us FREIGHT PREPAID and will be subject to a 25% handling, inspection and restocking charge. No credit will be issued on items after 60 days from purchase date.
