Easily assembled, structurally strong pocket door frame designed for
fast installation in standard
2 x 4 timber or steel frame
walls typically sheeted with drywall. Versatile frames can be adapted
for use in thicker walls or cut down to accept any smaller size door.
The 2000 is designed to fit into wide 2 x 4 walls
and accept heavy doors up to 300lbs. [136kg]

FEATURES |

QUICKSET FRAME HEADER
Prefabricated frame header section features preinstalled track, and
end brackets
ready for fast installation. Headers available in many standard
door widths for direct installation. Header/track can be easily cut down
and modified to accommodate
smaller door widths.
SELF-ADJUSTING
FLOOR ANCHORS
Long
vertical fingers slide into split studs - allowing for floor-settling
without disturbing horizontal alignment of header and track. Anchor can
be nailed, screwed or cemented to floor.
STEEL-WRAPPED
UPRIGHT STUDS
Split
jamb and stud uprights have full galvanized heavy gauge steel sides and backs to give maximum
rigidity for wall material and to restrict accidental nail penetration.
Slots allow easy nailing of trim strips

I-beam aluminum track is precision extruded for smooth operation and
heavy-duty use.

1" [25mm] diameter nylon encapsulated ball bearing wheels means
smooth rolling and long life. Removable hanger plates allow easy
installation/removal of heavy doors and height adjustable hanger shafts
allows precision door alignment.

x 78" DOOR, ORDER A 30" x 80" FRAME AND CUT DOWN. Johnson frames can be cut down to accommodate any smaller size door.
