Surface mounted shutter hardware system designed for lightweight
internal shutter panels.
6063T6 aluminum track with positive pivot lock, low
profile combination jamb/floor mount bottom pivot bracket, four wheel 7/16" [11mm] dia.
hanger with removable plate. Non-mortise lift off hinges. 14 – 16 gauge zinc dichromate plated
steel parts. Track lengths are available up to 192"
[4877mm]. Maximum six panels each direction. Equal
number of panels required 2, 4 or 6

HUNG
Allows
doors to hang naturally reducing possible door warpage. Since the pivots
and roller guide are offset from each other (not equal distance from
door edge) the doors will never bind when in the open position.
POSITIVE
PIVOT LOCK
Top
pivot is held firmly in place with locking tab and will not fall out of
track.
ADJUSTABLE
BOTTOM PIVOT BRACKET
Bottom
pivot bracket carries no weight and is adjustable side to side and in
and out.
TRACK
Heavy
walled aluminum track is precision extruded to provide smooth operation.
Track rails are convex in shape reducing friction.
TRICYCLE
HANGERS
Heavy-duty
ball bearing tricycle hangers distribute weight equally and support
heavy solid core door panels. Machine turned nylon wheels for smooth
feather touch operation. Hanger plate detaches from wheels for easy door
installation or removal.
NON-MORTISE
HINGE
Specially
designed two piece non-mortise hinge enables door panels to be removed
by simply lifting off. Nylon bearing surfaces provide long wearing
smooth action. |
